Masterful Workmanship Using fresh seafood caught in Mikawa Bay in the morning, we named our sushi "Mikawa-style sushi" instead of the traditional "Edo-style."
We prepare the sushi carefully with the intention of letting you enjoy authentic, delicious sushi in a casual setting. As it is often said that sushi is 60% rice and 40% topping, we take great care in preparing the rice.
Made with delicious rice kept at body temperature, our sushi can be enjoyed by all generations.
